At HomeSmart Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or customized products
• Items damaged through misuse
• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace it.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
